Processing Orders/Shipping
Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days. Shipping within the US may take approximately 3-7 business days. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Shipping may be slow due to COVID 19 guidelines
Lost Packages
Our Company is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with United States Postal Service.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address or some sort of error within the address was sent to, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again. PLEASE Make Sure The Address you put down is correct.
Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds Can Be excepted before 24hours of making the purchase. Once Your Item has been shipped and delivered, we can't take the product back due to COVID -19 State Law Guidelines.
